1. Pemohon Layanan datang untuk mengajukan permohonan Pencetakkan KTM Hilang/Rusak dengan membawa syarat yang sudah ditentukan
2. Staf ULT akan memverifikasi berkas layanan
3. Staf ULT akan meneruskan permohonan ke LPSE melalui E-Ticketing/ langsung
4. Admin/staf LPSE akan mencetakan KTM dan meneruskan ke ULT
5. Pemohon Layanan menerima output (KTM baru)
